Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. If an appointment is cancelled within 72 hours notice a small charge of 50% of the treatment will be added to your next appointment. A no-show will be charged in full and all booked future appointments cancelled until the payment made.

Attention: your booked appointment should be confirmed by the clinic.We'll contact you by text or e-mail. New clients should pay a deposit online by PayPal(changesbeautyclinic@yahoo.co.uk) and the rest in person - a deposit is £25.
